It's not on for another week. From the trailer, it looks like they may leave it up in the air whether he accepted responsibility or not. Not that they say he's innocent, but perhaps whether he deluded himself about his own innocence.

If there's any grey area or nuance, that'll be enough to put the cult in a frenzy. The only thing that will satisfy them is a full blown portrayal of Joesus as a Saint brought down by malicious forces.

Yeah, I don't think they're gonna get that, given the scene with them asking Joe if he talked to the kid (no), why did he let his own kids play in the pool with Jerry (??), etc. I get the feeling, since there's no concrete proof of what he knew/understood*, that they are going with him being troubled and confused, spending his last days questioning his decisions.
*Not going Pedster on you here with excuses for him. I mean in the HBO legal team Please-Don't-Let-JayPa-Sue-Us-for-Slander&Libel-We-Can't-Prove-It sense.

I saw that thread on BWI a couple days ago -- over 600 posts dedicated to Ziegler's huckstering and grifting.
I know that print mags everywhere are dead or dying, but at least part of me wishes the article would have been printed just to see the national reaction to a mainstream magazine running a story that a convicted pedophile with dozens of accusers somehow got railroaded.

Did we ever learn what happened to Arabass (the Tennessee guy)? That was so clearly a grift on those saps that I came to really respect him. Hey Cult, come to my website and hit the donate button so I can go do research to exonerate Joe. And then he just vanished into thin air. Fabulous stuff, man

I had completely forgotten about him. I guess he wasn't in it for long-time grifting the way Ziegler and Ray Blehar are. Even Wick Sollers,(the Paterno family attorney) and Anthony Lubrano used and abused the Cult for their own financial gain/self interests before kicking them aside because the Board of Trustees is just too powerful to ever allow the FAX and EVIDENTS to come out.

BWI should be entertaining tonight. Already, three of the top six threads over there are devoted to crying about the Joesus movie and how HBO didn't give the FAX and EVIDENTS.
