Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

I just glanced at the first several posts there. What is the "truth" that those guys think McQueary is going to unleash if the Board of Trustees (or whoever) doesn't pay him off? I know the overall truth they're looking for is "Paterno was blameless", but is there something specific they think McQueary can reveal that will substantially change anyone's view on this? Something like, "I didn't actually see anything, there was no rape, and please prosecute me for perjury"?

Maybe, but certainly you know that the refs have long attempted to cover their tracks by calling meaningless penalties on Ohio State and Michigan in situations where it won't hurt them too bad all so that they can completely shift momentum and alter the outcome of the game against Penn State's at key moments. And they would have gotten away with it if it weren't for the tireless work on bwi.
Isn't it strange how penalties against good teams turn out to be meaningless as they crush opponents while penalties against bad teams change the momentum of the game according to their whiney cult fans?

I doubt any of the McQueary C/S/S cases will ever see the inside of a courtroom, but if they do, I've got to believe it's gonna turn into a game of pin-the-blame-on-the-dead-guy and it ain't gonna be pretty for the Joesus cult.

There is a Bill Cosby statue. Say, anyone ever think of a tribute statue to Joe Pa?

Wait, there is a "free Jerry" camp?

duh!!?! everyone who isn't insanely jealous of penn state, all that joeseus did or was and or his grand experiment is clearly in the "free jerry" camp. how do you not know this by now??

I've never got the "no child abuse/pedophilia ever happened" stance, not even one bit

in fairness, its also unlikely you are a member of a cult. let alone one based out of slap... happy valley pa.

Why would they make up a whole scandal involving Sandusky? Just to "destroy" the Penn State football program? Highly Doubtful, at least in a non cult members mind. Even Jerry admits he was showering and "horsing around" nude with young boys and had to double think the "Are you sexually attracted to underage boys?" question by Bob Costas, surely any person not sexually attracted to young boys would answer a distinct "no".

because joeseus was the greatest thing to ever happen to penn state. every single thing good about penn state has ever been or will ever be was built by all mighty joe. but he was so humble as a human being that he had no influence or authority beyond that of a typical collegiate football coach. if anything he had no more influence or control over penn state than your typical division III college coach. because while the "grand experiment" (being perfect in every way) was his all consuming passion. it was not important enough to him to act in any manner that might blur lines of authority.

Basically how do you even begin to defend a strange old man showering with random young boys?

.... are you looking for specific examples they have sighted or...?
