In the linked thread, a naive poster asks the all-knowing BWI board who the alumni are supposed to vote for in the latest round of Board of Trustees elections. Numerous posters chime in to explain which candidates have the blessing of Anthony Lubrano and PS4RS. Naturally, Lubrano is like Boss Tweed and PS4RS are Tammany Hall. Any candidate not getting an endorsement from Lubrano and/or PS4RS is hopeless.

I love Lubrano commenting that there is no need for him to address Taliaferro's tweets because the posters on BWI have already expressed his opinion. LOL.
I think there are fewer candidates for the BoT election because it is obvious that the voters will simply rubber stamp whoever the Paterno family/PS4RS/Lubrano tells them to vote for.
Adam Taliaferro came out the other day and endorsed Cocco. That prompted Lubrano to tell Adam that he was "disappointed" in him. How dare Adam not support who the Kingmaker supports!!!
He wasn't overly grateful for everything the Joesus had done for him, you know, after he was paralyzed and rehabilitated himself to the point where he could walk again, he failed to pay proper respect to Joesus so the cult turned on him. Whether they've recently welcomed him back into the inner circle or not, I have no idea.Wasn't Taliaferro already borderline persona non grata since he inexplicably focused on real issues facing the University rather than the gospel of Paterno?

Taliaferro had more than a few "abstentions" on votes --- primarily votes as regards the Freeh Report and such, votes that only came up because Lubrano and Al Lord pushed the issue.
Abstaining is his right, but still: just vote. One way or another. I do wish Adam stood up for himself more in the 2012-2015 era when he was a Trustee; it does appear he's more willing to get into it with Lubrano now, which I can support.
Exactly right. Joesus laid his holy hand upon Adam's forehead and commanded him to walk. Adam walked, and Joesus saw that it was good. There's your misunderstanding. See, he DIDN'T rehab himself. That's crazy. Only Joesus, himself, could heal someone in that situation. If I'm paralyzed from the whatever down, and Joesus used his divinity to enable me to walk again, you're dog-darned right I'm going to praise him every day of the week, except for when it ruins my weekends.
Hmm, interesting. Yeah, I gotta say, the guy seems like a coward to me. Certainly not the man Joesus taught him to be........I mean, there's no way he could've had a good reason for abstaining, right? There's no way he could've put himself in a position where he could be accused of a conflict of interest or abuse of power or anything like that had he voted one way or the other......
There are literally multiple people on that board who typed they wished Taliaferro had been further injured at Ohio Stadium. Fenchak especially is a helmet-wearing retard, but there are others that consigned it. A few racial epithets thrown in as well.Exactly right. Joesus laid his holy hand upon Adam's forehead and commanded him to walk. Adam walked, and Joesus saw that it was good.
A number of schools have developed anonymous tip lines and set aside confidential areas where students can air their concerns.
“Now, we have schools sending out pre-emptive letters, even without any allegations, saying, ‘If you are ever harmed or abused, we’re here for you,’” Mr. Upham said.
He and others attributed the changes in part to liability concerns stemming from the explosive Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal at Penn State in 2011. Mr. Sandusky, a coach who was convicted of abusing 10 boys over 15 years, has cost the university more than $92 million in settlement costs.
More recently, the Oscar-winning movie “Spotlight,” an account of The Boston Globe’s exposé of sexual abuse of children by Roman Catholic priests and the subsequent cover-up, may be spurring a new round of reporting.
“ ‘Spotlight’ has given survivors the permission to come forward now because they see people siding with them and they see institutions being held accountable,” said Robert M. Hoatson, a former Catholic priest based in Livingston, N.J., and co-founder of Road to Recovery, an organization for survivors of sexual abuse.
The Sandusky revelations appear to have been a motivating factor behind the report of sexual abuse at Exeter. According to police documentsobtained by The Associated Press through a records request, an Exeter teacher cited the Sandusky case when she reported in 2011 that Rick Schubart, a popular history teacher, had been sexually involved with a student in the 1970s.
