Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Rutgers is the proverbial garbage barge that floated off the coast of NJ for awhile. Having the good sense to despise PSU doesn't change that.

I'm going to say 3 times. And Buffalo has a very realistic possibility of an upset. They have a run game capable of at least limiting the possessions, but I'm not sold enough on their pass game to say for sure whether they can actually pull it off.
