I think we all remember the loyalty and courage shown by Jim Parker by barging into various university Presidents' offices around the country in an attempt to berate them for what was done to Woody back in 79.

This is how nutso these people are.
I think we are getting very off the point. Does it really matter who has "legal ownership"?

Isn't the broader point more simple? Wouldn't any DECENT human being, regardless of the legal definitions, just send the thing over to the Paternos.....or at least ask them if they wanted it.....before they would go through the trouble of listing the thing in an EBAY auction?

Who cares who legally owns something.....shouldn't we always check with the Paternos before we make any Penn State decisions?

I want to live in Paternovania. My favorite teams are the Paternoburgh Steelers and the Paternodelphia Eagles. I would immediately deed all my property and possessions to the Paterno family, for the betterment of the universe.

Some of their egregiousness is entertaining.

Their wicked adoration for the quotes around "victim" is one of the worst things I've ever read on a message board and I see it all of the time over there. What kind of person calls child rape victims liars and mocks their horrifying experiences all to prop up their disgraced former leader? :shake:
