Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

Yeah, the idea that the NCAA would have internal discussion about how to handle the most heinous scandal in its history should come as no surprise at all. If they didn't have such discussions.... that would be the strange thing.

If anything, the emails disprove the cults theory that Emmert went out on his own to hammer PedState.

And he made sure it wasn't found out by the public for over a decade.

Yep, he gave McQueary a job to keep him quiet. When McQueary first called Joesus about what he saw in the shower, Joesus' first words were: "I don't have a job for you, so if that's why you're calling we can stop right now." When McQueary told him the real reason for calling, he mulled it over for the weekend and then suddenly found a job on the staff for him........ Success with Honor, indeed......

Are these emails they found really all that damning against the NCAA? So they had internal discussions about whether or not they'd be overstepping their bounds. That doesn't automatically make it true.

only in the minds of the Pedsters. Any real organization worth anything will have an internal discussion when dealing with a situation as serious and heinous as what the NCAA was presented with at Ped State.

It's like they think not having a rule already established on how to handle serial child rape is the NCAA's fault.

I hope he didn't let it ruin his weekend!

OK...now they've found an email that says, "similar to the role that the NCAA is taking in collaborating with the Freeh group." This apparently is some kind of smoking gun, but I don't speak cultist stupidese. Can somebody explain this one?

Without reading the full email itself, just this quote seems to me to allow the subhuman mutant fuckwits to make the case that the Freeh group purposefully lied and the NCAA collaborated with them in the lie.

Remember, Freeh is the devil.

I guess this OTL thing is what they're talking about...collusion between the NCAA and Freeh to write a report they wanted without doing anything, yada yada yada.

From the article this might summarize their opinion:

"Clearly the more we dig into this, the more troubling it gets," Corman told "Outside the Lines." "There clearly is a significant amount of communication between Freeh and the NCAA that goes way beyond merely providing information. I'd call it coordination. ... Clearly, Freeh went way past his mandate. He was the enforcement person for the NCAA. That's what it looks like. I don't know how you can look at it any other way. It's almost like the NCAA hired him to do their enforcement investigation on Penn State."

"At a minimum, it is inappropriate. At a maximum, these were two parties working together to get an outcome that was predetermined."
