Peach Bowl: #1 Georgia vs #4 tOSU, Sat 12/31 8 ET on ESPN

No offense but their #73 ranking in team sacks beg to differ.
I don't care what the rankings say. If you watch UGA football (which I have too because my wife is a fan) you come to realize they dial it up when they want too. Against Tennessee this year, they attacked em and sacked Hooker 6 times.

Last year:

Michigan 4
Bama 4
Clemson 7

These I consider their big games. In the SEC title game last year, UGA was not as aggressive against Bama and it bit em. Their adjustment was to get after Young in the finals.

Until otherwise I'm not expecting 2019 Trey anymore at any point. Vision just isnt there which typically isn't something that improves I find.

He can/will still have some nice performances but I'd be shocked if he found a way to be that dominant back like we thought he'd be.
Hmmmmm, I thought he had some nice runs against Michigan, but then Day called his number to go wide instead of between the tackles and the play blew up. Like entering a Clydesdale in the Derby, fine horse but wrong mission.

I’d be shocked if he scrambled any more than twice. CJ is a heisman candidate top QB he’s not a generic college QB. Day will not ask CJ to do this. No College Coach in 2022 would. Woody would Bear Bryant would . But that time is gone.

Day/Wilson developed an offense in the spring/fall based on Henderson/JSN/Stroud. Hence outside runs that Henderson turned into big gains in 21. The whole plan disrupted by injuries but because of time constraints the whole offense couldn’t be changed. Now three weeks with no games can Day have a new plan with who is playing that is effective? That is the million dollar ?

It should have slowly evolved over the year. You can't redo it in a week but you should have been able to over the course of the year

Guess we'll see. This is a good pass pro offensive line and "big game" pressure or not I like this matchup for Ohio State.

Not saying they won't sack CJ but it shouldn't be excessive either.

Take the 7 yards and slide, it's simple. No need to be Cam Rising and have your helmet continuing move 10 yards down field while you are going the opposite direction.

It’s simple to people on the internet and to the QBs that have done it. He won’t and when he tries it looks terrible. Day has to come up with a plan. Less shot gun more under center 3 step drops. 123 throw no holding and patting the ball.
