Peach Bowl: #1 Georgia vs #4 tOSU, Sat 12/31 8 ET on ESPN

It’s simple to people on the internet and to the QBs that have done it. He won’t and when he tries it looks terrible. Day has to come up with a plan. Less shot gun more under center 3 step drops. 123 throw no holding and patting the ball.

I have seen a lot of NFL QBs clumsily run for 7 yards when it's crunch time. Stroud needs to get his 7 yards if it's there....no one is asking him to be Justin fields.

Offensively Day would be wise to utilize the Pistol a lot more than normal shotgun formations. The Pistol allows better action for the play action game and timing for our run plays if he decides to do so. The last time we switched to that methodology, Trey Sermon erupted in the BiG CCG. We can still throw the ball very well in the pistol and maybe it will get CJ to make decisions faster which he definitely needs to do.

Defensively the guys need to play fast and do their jobs no matter what coverages are called. Don't get caught looking in the backfield in coverage. Don't let anyone get deeper than you as a safety. Tackle the motherfucker with the ball!

We had a 5th year SR only need to tackle a guy on a harmless out pass right against the sideline in, one would think, the biggest game of his life to keep our foot on tsuns throat.

The Men On Film inspired effort he turned in on that play just makes it impossible for me to imagine them all of a sudden coming out and playing like men a month later.

There is a rot inside this program. Lots of pain and change is going to need to happen before it gets better.

You're really a buzz kill lol... I was right there with you after the ttun game but damn.

You remind me of the character from major league 2 who gave up on the tribe (I mean this in humor and not to piss you off).

We performed pretty well all year defensively until that ttun game. It'll take quite the effort to win but I think we'll play better than we did last game. We probably lose this game and honestly I won't be shocked if it's not exactly awesome (another 45 to 24 kind of game). However I wouldn't say there's rot in the program. We've lost 5 games in 4 years with Ryan and have made the playoffs now 3 of the 4. Hardly rot.

They’ll blow it in the 9th.

I just imagine Ryan Day before running out for the peach bowl yelling up to you "blow it out your ass loud mouth"... then you turning your Buckeye hat right side out and yelling that we are back.
If I saw that out of Day I just might.

Until he proves something he’s a little beta male bitch who just had some slop named by Jack Parkman.
