Peach Bowl: #1 Georgia vs #4 tOSU, Sat 12/31 8 ET on ESPN

I hope that happens, as opposed to the deer in the headlights stuff we saw under pressure versus TTUN.

A grown man's personality doesn't go from deer in headlights under pressure to Joe Montana under pressure in a month.

Hoping for a complete 180 from Day and his team for this game is a low probability event imo (to put it mildly).

I agree, but "hope" is all I've got at this point. I can't blow enough smoke up my ass to believe anything other than what I said.

The pressure they put on Hooker that game was insane. D line ate and the secondary got to keep everything in front because of it.

They did put alot of pressure but Hooker also missed a couple deep throws that were wide open too. Georgia also scored only 6 pts the last 2.5 quarters vs a shaky defense

Bottom line...it is going to take a legendary performance by Stroud to win this bastard. Not 20-30 for 275 yards. I am talking Rose Bowl shit.

Can't miss 4th and 1 to the tight end during this. Can't have a pass interference called on 3rd and long. Can't head butt jokers in the head. Can't run past the C gap on an A gap design run.
I disagree a tad with the first part...I think it will take a legendary performance, yes, but to me it's more Phil Simms in Super Bowl XXI (22/25, 268, 3 TD) combined with an effective ground game and a defense that actually shows up and plays. If the offense is one-dimensional, or the team is one-dimensional for that matter, the Bucks are in trouble. Now he can put whatever numbers and that's fine, but I don't think the Bucks are winning 48-45 over Georgia. Need to make the most of the opportunities and be aggressive, but controlled aggressive (try not to give Georgia 15+ possessions).

All of the second part is entirely correct, of course, I would add please for the love of fuck stop with the pre-snap penalties on both sides of the ball (especially the Shugarts).

I still think if OSU has a running back against TTUN, it's a 3 score game at half. So my biggest worries are who the fuck ( wtf happened to Hayden) is going to be carring the ball? And are they healthy. People need to rewatch the first half of that game. Pure dominion from the Oline. Might give you some hope.

Don't watch the second half.... also Gee needs to change his number and name, just not sure I can ever see him the same after that massive mistake. Literally was like a fumble or interception.

I've heard too much positivity about our chances in the media. I want the betting line to move to double-digits and blowout predictions across ESPN.

Not that I think it'll fire up the troops, more like take the pressure off them. It's easier to play loose when nothing is expected of you. Yeah, I'm reaching.

It's early. The E$PN SMRT (SEC Masturbatory Response Team) has yet to be activated.

After mulling this one I calmed down and remember it almost always comes down to the line play assuming the skill positions are a wash. In this case we can probably agree that the skill positions are basically a wash on offense. So which Dline can get pressure with 4 and cause problems. I would typically say Georgia can for sure but this OSU line is solid. So the question is what can OSU do on defense? That to me seems to question mark. Can they stop the run and get pressure with 4? Stetson is a solid QB that will find the holes. So to me it comes down to the OSU defense. If they can stop Georgia then there is a chance. I still think OSU will get their points.
I also think that TCU should have been the 4th seed. This was clearly the committing not wanting a rematch in the semi's. All my Spartan buddies kind of think OSU is going to win this thing. We kind of feel like the team has been given second life and that may be enough to push them mentally over the top.

So the question is what can OSU do on defense?
