That doesn't make any sense.
Then why drink anything?

Don't take my word for it, I'm just some idiot to posts on a message board. Seek out an expert and discuss the pro's and cons of your diet with them, I could be wrong.Dryden;1928866; said:Why is that?
I do this too.OSU_Buckguy;1928860; said:i generally eat well (read: healthy) when i give myself one cheat meal per week. i'll eat a whole large pizza and a bunch of cookies or a pint of ice cream. such a meal makes the rest of the week bearable and produces no guilt while splurging.

I know that many years ago ealry man wouldn't have touched the stuff but we've evolved as omnivores and we need carbs to survive, in the long run avoiding carbs does more harm than good, it's what are body uses to make fuel.
I really think, for your own good, you should talk to a real nutritionist.
The key is moderation. A well balanced diet and regular exercise will make you as right as rain. If you keep this up you're going to start having kidney and liver problems. Don't take my word for it though, talk to someone who specializes in nutrition, it could save your life :)

It's a good read.
Indeed. And veggies are a helluvalot better than grains.
For me, personally, my naturopath is fully on board as he ascribes to the same diet.
I intend on getting my blood work done in September of this year. When I do, I'll share the results and what I was last September. Last October, I started P90x and slowly transitioned to a Primal Diet (90% of the time). I have lost weight (even though I didn't need to), and feel absolutely great. I don't work out excessively, and I maintain where I am. The object is to find something sustainable.

I don't eat french fries, cakes, cookies, chips, soda, fast food.... I do occasional enjoy red licorice. My other weakness is Indian & Thai food. Give me some lamb masala, vegetable korma, naan bread or any kind of curry and I'm in heaven.

Fuck it. Have some refined sugar to celebrate.sears3820;1933568; said:Getting ready to start week 9 on Monday. Down 33 lbs and have lost 3" off my waist.
I'm glad I stuck with it this time around. Gave up way too early the first time I attempted it.

No pain, no gainIronBuckI;1934777; said:Started week 1 on Saturday. Plyo kicked my ass yesterday, and I wasn't even close to doing the amount of reps that they do in the video. Pulse was up to 166 at one point, so I had to keep close track of that. Two hours after doing plyo, I cleaned out all of the duct work from our clothes dryer to the vent, and took down our old mailbox and installed a new one. Not exactly the smartest way to recover from the shock of my first plyo workout. I was pretty much done moving, for the day, by 4PM. Pretty sore today.
