Great points all around. I find myself avoiding that other board more and more as time passes. I love the base over here, everyone knows their stuff. If I hear one more Krenzel basher without merit I will scream. I understand that some do not like Krenzel, but I am tired of them ripping on others when they bring up his record. He must be doing something right, maybe psychologically or something of that nature. Scotty is a good backup, but there has to be an obvious reason why he has not been elected the starter. Believe it or not, (although some do not believe it) a quarterback has to do more than just throw the ball.

I've never been on the "other" board that is referred to so often here at "Buckeye planet". I might have to go and check it out though. I actually get a kick out of listening to people piss and moan about a team that is 24-1 over the last two seasons. I have to admit though that even among my closer friends that are all smart football guys I hear a lot of complaining about Krenzel. I try to explain that true greatness is usually measured in Championships and how can any one deny C.K. of this?It still comes down to one thing: He's not a great QB but he is a great leader and he doesn't make bonehead plays that cost us games. You just can't measure how much that means in a football game. Especially in games such as last years Fiesta Bowl and the up coming scUM game. If the Bucks stop Chris Perry and don't turn the Ball over then they win. Yeah it'll probably be ugly but ugly still gets us in the Sugar bowl

i don't really consider that trash talking. i think the boy is just confident in himself and his teammates. whats he supposed to say? 'well... geez... i hope they can't, i don't know...' you have to think you can't be stopped or you will be. do you think your defense takes the field wondering if teams can run on them? no, they play knowing no one can.

just a little insight from 'up north'.
