My guess is that some smug, preppy little Miamite isn't going to fare too well in big boy prison, which is where I'm assuming felonious assault will (should) lead.

The Judge will probably drop the felony charges so his life isn't ruined by the felony following him. He will get probation and anger management classes is the sad part.

I think it will ultimately depend on the seriousness of the victim's injuries and if they are permanent. In any case, I have no doubt that a serious civil suit will also come down on Fredo.

Here is how sucker punches, felonious assault and leaving your victim lying unconscious in the street are treated over at the Fredo board. Hatred and jealousy of big brother has really warped some minds over there.

Isn't that justifiable?
I couldn't help but laugh.
That can't be a crime...
In the words of Chris Rock, "I'm not saying he should've done it, but I understand!"
The only way this story would be any better would be for it to include him attempting to strangle the victim with a strand of Ohio A&M Aggies that was worn around his neck
That would have been fun to see in person.
I almost wish there was a defense fund so I could throw $20 to get him a great lawyer.
Just goes to show it's never good to be a Suckeye fan, especially in Uptown Oxford (am I promoting senseless violence? of course not, but this is still funny).
Unofficially, I've got more of smile than I should.

Regarding Fredo, my nephew and his wife both graduated from there and I also know quite a few of their friends who went there and after they root for Fredo the number one school that they root for after that is tOSU. That is also the case with students of many other Ohio Mac schools.

On another note, some of those kids who made the above quote should be knocked unconscious and left and see how they feel. That is just plain ignorance or stupidity or:pissed:

dalpe was named the #2 frosh in the ccha. behind will weber.

Dalpe looks fast, and got in quite a bit tonight. unfortunatly the buckeyes didn't have a very good night and lost 3-7. It was one of those nights where no shots were making it in, and everything was going in for Lake Superior.

Men's hockey: Buckeyes score early, but Lake Superior rolls

Saturday, October 18, 2008 3:11 AM

From staff reports

Lake Superior State scored three times in the third period to pull away from Ohio State and cruise to a 7-3 victory in a Central Collegiate Hockey Association series opener last night in Value City Arena.
Hunter Bishop scored 14 seconds into the first period for Ohio State (0-2-1, 0-2-1-1), but Lake Superior (1-1-1, 1-0) answered with three consecutive goals.
The Lakers led 4-2 at the end of the second period and scored twice in the first two minutes of the third.
"They were stronger than we were and buried their chances," Ohio State coach John Markell said. "We have to learn how to fight back in games like these."

Can't make it to the game tonight due to the football game. Does anyone know what happened to the games being on WSOU 820? Only thing I can seem to find is Buckeye Vision and I believe you have to pay for it.

Kind of a sad thing to do (if you do have to pay for it) considering they can't get people to come to the games. How can you charge to listen to them?

Go Bucks, split one with Lake Superior tonight.

decided to spend $9.95 to try Buckeye Vision out ($9.95 per month) and what a waste. The video is complete shit, and the only audio you hear is when something comes over the PA at the Schott. I honestly can't believe they charge for this shit.

Bucks are down 0-1 after period 1

shots were even 8-8
