Taking a drug test because you know that it will exhonerate you is not "playing the system" as that term is usually meant. It is ensuring that justice is actually done.

It is a small semantic distinction, but an important one IMHO.

very true but, having to do that on a minor charge is funny. The lawyer had them do this to get a laugh at the charge and the judge dropped the charge Which, surprised me with some of the laws being forced in the courts or by paying the fines instead, of court time

The charges stood a good chance of being dropped with the negative tests on the pipe. Taking the drug test assures this and erases any thoughts that they just got "lucky." Now EVERYONE knows Adams and Shugarts are clean---the media, fans, Coach Tressel, NFL scouts, etc.

thxs. SO its a charge having it but, its ok if its clean. Thats funny but, the cost to prove it,lawyer and court would be annoying . I wonder if some students walking around with a 6 foot bong smoking nicotine would be illegal until, it was tested . :biggrin:

Many of the cars have been stolen from the same areas: West Norwich Avenue, North High Street, West Ninth Avenue, and two stolen cars were abandoned in the same area on West Maynard Avenue

That's like four streets.
