As Thump said it deals with river.

The guy was French....oh the shame!

On the right track with it being a black snake, but that is not its official name

13. What labor union was founded in Columbus?

There is a historical marker with the inforamtion on 3rd Avenue in Columbus where the downtown Holiday Inn is now located.

14. What is the only city in Ohio that lies in 3 counties?

Redmen...that's all I'm giving.
