We've got both freshmen of the year in conference. That's pretty sweet. At least the girls are getting something out of it.

Big Ten has some balling teams. This was a tough spot. On the road for one of IU’s biggest games in program history. And they’ve been really good the last few years.

Too soon old, too late smart
Third quarter was hard to watch. Coach needs to recruit some length. Mika has the size, but not the feet. Her replacement inside has the bulk, but not the quickness. Knowles just spun circles around us. Plus, realizing we're on our third PG of the year, Rikki seems to go away, and Mikesell is bringing up the ball. Well, that means she has to dribble to find an opening to pop. Easier to guard a dribbler than a pass recipient, so no threes for her! Press also seems to be floundering without Jacy's energy. tOSU girls trying hard, but opponents have watched tape, and are successfully diagramming how to defend. And, it usually leads to a 2 on 1, which is a fake away from two points. McMahon is the only driver we have. Wonder what would be if Dorka, and the other starting forward (xferred to Texas A&M?), were still here. Wonder what the reasons were, as Rikki mentioned "they xferrd for a reason". Oh well, spilt milk. WB10 is very stout. Just look at national rankings to confirm. Great. Good competition spells benefits during the Dance. Go Bucks!

The 1992-93 Ohio State women's basketball team remains the best in program history after making it all the way to the NCAA Championship game. The '93 team received the program's only No. 1 seed, playing in the east regional hosted in Richmond, Va.Ohio State defeated Rutgers in the first round, Western Kentucky in the second round, Virginia in the Sweet 16 and Iowa in the Elite Eight to become the first Big Ten team to advance to a Final Four and play in a national championship game. The Buckeyes came up just two points short, 84-82, in the championship game, falling to Texas Tech.
During the 1992-93 season, the Buckeyes accumulated a 28-4 overall record and a 16-2 mark in Big Ten play, earning the program’s seventh Big Ten Championship. The squad also went unbeaten (16-0) at home and strung together win streaks of eight games to start the season and 14 games leading up to the national championship game.

Gave me chills watching that video. Would love to see a weekly show like that on the team if they would do it again. Jacy is an all timer and Cotie is going to be. The rest of the ladies seem to have something about them that would be an interesting watch
