After a loss, there's plenty of bad stuff to dish out. 3-point percentage, defense, rebounding, lead feet, defense, ineffective press (kind of), did I say defense? However, there were also some bright lights as well. Thought Thierry did a bang-up job, both rebounding, scoring (she finally found an outside shot), and her guarding. Yeah I know #22 had an excellent triple double, what REALLY hurt us was her 15 assists (that's at least 30 points peeps). Saw several people try to stop her, Mikesell, McMahon, Shumate, and Thierry. Nothing worked. Well, the great players will get their points, but you try to limit them from doing other things. She didn't get screened out much. Mikesell seemed to take on the burden of point, which meant she had to dribble around to get into position for a 3. Also made her more tired, so launching threes was harder as game wore on. Looks like maybe found an answer in the paint, but need more than one, as tOSU got outrebounded by a big bunch. Still plenty of basketball to play, on to Indiana, who suspect watched the Iowa game with an eye toward playing the Buckeyes. Go Bucks!
