That was weird they played to get Clark to give up the ball then appeared to not want to foul the next girl

Mikesell was poor, but Mika was the killer. Every time she was in the game, Iowa went right after her. 11-13 from the floor for 25 and more from #45. Comes in in the 4th and the deficit jumps by 8 almost immediately. I don’t k ow what her deal was tonight, but man…..really poor.

Taking my sports curse to see the ladies play in person Monday night. Hoping for a repeat of todays game, but if they lose, you’ll know who to blame.

3 point shooting was the difference in this one. Number 1 shooting 2/11 certainly didn’t help. I know she’s a lot better shooter than what we saw tonight. Just wasn’t her night.

Credit to Iowa. Came into our house, in front of a big crowd, and were the better team tonight.

This could be good moving forward. Plenty of coaching points to work on out of this one.

I'll say it again for the hundredth time, if Mika could jump she'd be unstoppable. Not known for her defense though.

That big girl gave her the Zed Key treatment all night and she had no clue how to stop it. Walker has better foot speed and it caused her some problems.

If Jacy played she would have hounded Clark the whole game and made her play defense. Cotie and Thierry gave it hell just couldn't stop her. Didn't get easier with Indiana next!
