In other news, the ladies took care of Nebraska yesterday at Nebraska's senior day:biggrin: to earn the #3 seed in the Big Ten tournament. The game was not really that close. It is hard to figure out why this team is not right in the top 25 polls while Rutgers and Nebraska are ranked and both had been beaten by Ohio State at least one time during the season. Maryland, who is undefeated in conference play, I can understand being ranked along with Iowa 44 Ohio State not to even be ranked is almost as dumb as the preseason football and basketball rankings.

I am very concerned about the Big Ten tournament for the women because they probably will end up playing Minnesota Friday night and they split the season series with the Gophers this season. Minny has a 6'5" bell cow of a center that got close to 30 rebounds in 2 out of their last 3 regular-season games. While we have someone as tall as her we do not have anyone who packs that type of beef. Maybe we can just run her to death:biggrin:
