barrett is a poor passing quarterback because he's reactive, not proactive. he has an inability to anticipate.

And they are trying to force him into a throwing QB. Just perplexing. He hands it off constantly when it would be better if he kept it and ran it himself. No idea why.

I hate to say it, but this kinda feels like the 2007-2010 stretch JT had - every year had 10 wins and that's great, but that was all it was. They never quite were national-title worthy (and usually got exposed like they did tonight) but there was a hard floor there too.

I think we'll find a hard floor of 9-10 wins but I don't expect we'll see lightning in a bottle like 2014 again anytime soon...
