If you look at the very top line, the drop down list on the right end is the date that the ranking was published. The list you posted, @MililaniBuckeye, is dated the 26th.

Go ahead and choose 9/21 instead of 9/26, it shows that they had the Buckeyes with 19 sacks earlier this week.

There you have it folks. The Buckeyes took Fredo fishing so hard they’re STILL getting sacks

Another weird thing about yesterday’s update is that they updated team pages because of the results of the Navy-Memphis game, but no ranking pages, yet they fixed the SACKS ranking page.

For example, Navy was #2 in scoring defense before giving up 35 to Memphis. The scoring defense page still has them at number 2, but their team page has them at #27. The Buckeyes team page now shows them at #2 in scoring defense

Yeah, I hadn't checked that stats site after the Miami game until today, so I wouldn't have noticed that we were short-changed a sack until the update. I wonder which TFL got changed to a sack...

Neighbor is a huge Corn fan. My kid helped me collect about 5 gallons of Buckeyes. Neighbor leaves his truck unlocked overnight with his gym bag in it. Filled every zippered area of that thing. Pockets of his shorts, his shoes, extra socks. Even had some left for his cup holders and a few ninja placements in glovebox and sunglasses holder. Dont think he worked out today as he only sent a "Fuck you, GO CORN" about the cup holders.

This. This is great stuff!

I just checked ABC here in Columbus (Sinclair owns ABC6 here) and it was still on the air. The contract at issue in the blackout potential expired at 5pm ETD today. This suggests that an agreement was reached, temporarily or permanently, and the game should air tomorrow.

I am hanging on to my HD antenna to be safe, but thought I'd at least post the latest.

I'm loving how this game is getting hyped, and in particular how that must infuriate certain other fanbases.

Allow me to splain. Nebraska lost to Colorado. They were trailing to Illoinis deep in to the 3rd. I know the Buffs and Illini are likely better this year than they have been, but better than they have been means they have a pulse. It doesn't likely mean good, but we'll see I guess.

What that means to me is that this game shouldn't be close. Most predictions are Buckeyes ~ 50, Huskers ~ 20, and I think that sounds about right. That is not a close game yet it's being hyped like some clash of the titans. It reminds me of the run up to many Iron bowls where Auburn has 4 losses (but they played 'em close dadgummit) and Bama gets all kinds of street cred for beating them.

It's frustrating when it's them, but it's cool when it's happening to you. The Buckeyes should roll over what will likely be a Holiday bowl Nebraska team, but Gameday is there, prime time network game for some reason. It seems like a solid win here might yield more CFP brownie points than really might be warranted because of the hype.

The anger from Happy Valley can be felt all the way out here in coastal Connecticut. It's nice.
