AT&T & Sinclair Agree to An Extension to Keep Local ABC, CBS, FOX, & NBC Stations on DIRECTV, AT&T TV NOW, U-verse TV, & More

Today was the deadline for AT&T and Sinclair to strike a new deal or see Sinclair owned locals and nationals would go dark. Now the 5 PM Eastern deadline has come and gone with AT&T keeping Sinclair owned locals.

AT&T has confirmed to Cord Cutters News that the stations remain up as talks continue. There is no long term deal but for now, AT&T will keep Sinclair owned locals The Tennis Channel, Stadium, Comet, and more on DIRECTV, AT&T TV NOW, U-verse TV, & more. This is good news for sports fans who ran the risk of losing their locals just as a busy week of college and NFL football was about to get started.

For now, there is no word on how long this deal is good for. It could be for a few hours like the extensions with Disney or a week like the last extension Sinclair and AT&T reached.

This is breaking news. We will post more as we learn more about the deal that kept Sinclair owned locals and national channels on AT&T.

Corn's talent at the offense skill positions give them a puncher's chance.

That said-

Corn's interior offense line is a mess (starting a walk on and another low depth chart player). Look for OSU to run lots of DL stunts to get our DE matched up with their guards.

Corn's kicker is so bad, there is talk out of Lincoln is they will go for 2 after TD's

Corn's defense hasn't been great against average offenses


Corn will need a "on the road" defensive breakdown (Iowa/Purdue) or multiple OSU turnovers to make it close. They will need both to win.
