Also to note (and I didn't know this until now) that Jewel while he's still going to play has been dealing with a shoulder issue the past few weeks. How that is going to effect him will be interesting to see as it did keep him out of the NW game, and he did tweak it against Minnesota.

Yeah, tough kid. I think you'd have to drag him off the field come Saturday. We're really missing Snyder at safety. He's not supposed to be back until next week for Wisconsin.

Thought I read today Brew that it was the same knee he tore so I'm not sure what that means for his future but I took it as it was more substantial?

No doubt Jewel will play his heart out but boy that's not good to have a dinged shoulder as a LB. Couldn't imagine that pain
