one word: intensity

a few other things:
great looks in the open floor
too many second chance opps but that is going to happen with a smaller lineup
sullinger is one of the most athletic players i have seen at OSU
nice to see this team able to open up a lead and still play a bit down low (nice post move by terwilliger) with dials on the bench
lewis can't let the first charging foul dictate his pace the rest of the game
butler and foster have such pretty strokes from behind the line
free throw shooting has got to get better, especially if sullinger is going to continue to attack the basket the way we know lewis eventually will

Exactly what I was thinking on everything except for the gray on the jerseys. I'm not a big fan of it. Of course, I'm an old school guy. I think the Va Tech jerseys are sweet.

really i love the gray added to it. personally i want new jerseys as a whole but we have these so i like the color variations. what does the away jerseys look like? all red with the same gray area?

We're getting sloppy with the lead. Early we were playing so fundamentally sound, pump fakes, making the extra pass, etc. Now we're just playing one-on-one ball and putting up long shots with hands in their face. They also need to watch the shot clock.

Dials looks as bad as I've ever seen him.

VT is a tough defensive team, but we are running right into most of them. Sylvester/Dials are trying to dribble, and our guards aren't protecting their dribble either.

One thing with dials is that they are letting a lot of contact go (both ways) . I think he's getting fouled some of the time, but that doesn't explain his turnover fest.
