Brent asked Herbstreit on Saturday night if he had checked with Mrs. Herbstreit if he could stay with them Saturday night. It was sort of funny the way it came across. I am sure Brent will have some good bar results.

Pfffft. What better form of solidarity could the fans show the players than to show up dressed identically droning on like Gregorian monks on E? Seriously, this idea is a big-time winner. I know BN27 is with me on this.

No sarcasm at all. I think I've found some e-mail addresses for some coaches and players. I'm going to see if I can get them to join in the chant. How awesome would THAT be? JT and the players leading the chant. That would be too kewl.

Most of that is already known, but seeing it all listed together makes me realize how much fun Saturday should be.


The way I see it, may as well go wear scarlet. I don't think the idea of these things is to intimidate the players, as much as get more of the fans into it. (Besides, its not like if you're going to the game you don't have something scarlet to wear.)

...either way, the Shoe will be rockin Saturday night. I for one, can't wait. This week just can't go by fast enough.

Good thing we don't depend largely on our passing game. Gotta protect the ball and hang onto the slippery thing. Also cover up loose balls on defense.
