Official Super Bowl thread....

The better question is if there would two boats sinking, and everyone on board would drown if you did not save them. One of the boats was full of Michigan players and one full of Steelers...who would you save???

I hope that the steeler players could use those stupid towels to paddle with casue I am saving Lloyd before I help Ward and Porter. Fuck em.

BTW Big Ben sucked ass. That better be the last time I hear a Steeler fan say he is better than Palmer.

It seems like on most goal line stands refs don't make the call right away. It could just be that the take the time to think about what is going on? Even if he just got lucky and didn't see the play as it happened, the call was correct when you saw it in slow motion.

usually when refs take time on goal line stands, it is because they can't see the ball carrier jumbled up w/ everybody else.

That clearly wasn't the case here. Madden had it right...the ref was running up to mark the ball and then decided, "Hey, touchdown"

Ben had a shitty game, no doubt about that.

Lets see how Palmer does under SuperBowl pressure before we close the book on this one. Unlike most on here, I would be happy to see him get to one.

It was at that moment that the ref must have decided that replay would have to prove him wrong "Indisputably".

And Jax, I'm not a Browns or a Bengals fan. This game was a gift to Pittsburgh and Jerome Bettis. At one point tonight, my father on law asked me if Don King was involved in this game. He'd never seen anything so rigged.

Was he dodging black helicopters and miss the Indy game?

Seriously folks, this is getting absurd. The better team won and it wasn't due to officiating or any NFL conspiracies.

You guys sound like Miami fans after the Fiesta Bowl.

You have to at least admit that except the Randell El pass the most exciting part of the game was the officiating. Jon and I were pretty much rooting for controversy because it was a pretty boring game.
