Official Opt-Out Thread 2021-2022 Bowl Season

As long as it's all positive and they win...yes.
I suppose a built in ... I guess "excuse" is the word.. is that should OSU lose, they didn't have their regular guys. I hate that I just typed that but... I'm just trying to acclimate to CFB in today's world which, to me, is quite a bit less fan friendly than the game I grew up loving.

As I think about it.... you know.. I'm old enough to remember when bowl games were exhibition games. Hell, stats accumulated during them didn't even count. So...now that I think about it, except the playoff games, we have come full circle.

Yeah, in a way we have. The Bowl games are most definitely just a nice reward for the fanbase and players to go somewhere warm, play an exhibition game and get some extra reps for the young guys. I am fine with that but it probably does mean an expanded playoff.

A junior, Corral previously declared for the 2022 NFL Draft. He is rated the No. 1 quarterback and No. 10 overall prospect on the CBS Sports Prospect Rankings. The one-time Heisman candidate completed 68.4% of his passes for 3,339 yards, 20 touchdowns and four interceptions heading into the Sugar Bowl.

Hate this for Corral. Sucks to have a leg injury that could affect his draft status
