Look, one's a morally bankrupt heathen who is clearly going to Hell, and the other is some delusional cat wallowing in nonsenical mysticism....

So could we puh-lease just get back to it people, is that too much to ask?

You think we could get Michael Buffer to be the ring announcer for the final battle between good and evil?

"And now... Brought to you be Budweiser... the King of Beers...."

"Back to" what?

Back to the good old days, when you did not have to lock your doors, you knew your neighbors, and gosh darn it, if somebody was going to talk about church, it wouldn't involve some Hebrew alphabet, but some good-old fashioned iced tea out back of the Church lawn during the youth group sack races....

That's what AKAK has been trying to say to everybody for some time, but none of you prima donnas let's him get a work in edgewise just 'cause he's a mite confused when he gets back from the methodone clinic, gosh darn y'all...

I'm going back to work.

I've been told it's harder to get heroin addicts off chocolate than it is the drug. That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.

As I perceive some stagnation on points I've made, I figured I'd ask:

1) Does anyone want to discuss I53 further?
2) Does anyone want to discuss Personal Vicarious Atonment?

There's no problem IF no one wants to. I'd just like to know.

I recently watched a History Channel documentary investigating myths/legends/etc. that Jesus spent his "lost years" from around 14 to 30 in and around India and Tibet and may have been buried there having survived the cross.

Have any of the more theologically erudite BP'ers done any reading on the subject(s)? I'd be interested in any thoughts and/or reading suggestions, both serious and comical. Yes, I know, we're all bkb.

I have run into this "consideration" before. Obviously, the main trumpeteers of said consideration are from that region.

Personally, I think it's hogwash (for reasons different than most Christians), but it does provide some entertaining reading.
