On the BB thing, I do think we could be the ones missing one little thing and that could be that he is there to build an NFL-like professional organization, not just be a traditional HC as we are still used to thinking about it.

Seems like a great idea. Now all he needs to do is clone Tom Brady. I'm sure Tom is already working on that. Just needs to iron out a few kinks in the formula.
