Yes and no. Most places have sauces on the table, because the flavor is low without it.

Understood.
With the amount of time I’ve spent in the Piedmont Triad NC, I will not be disappointed if I never have vinegar-based BBQ ever again.

Lived east of Raleigh for a bit. The company I worked for has a BBQ and a company came in and did a hog in-site. First time I ever had NC BBQ. Like a true Northerner (as they quaintly called me) I asked about sauce when I was getting my food. If looks could kill I’d been dead on-site

I don't have a similar story, except that I would have asked for ketchup.
Not because I'd actually want ketchup, but I'd love to see the looks on their faces.

I hope he fails horribly at the college level, that would be so funny. He was on the manning cast Monday night saying how "if" he goes there it will be an NFL pipeline and how the players will receive NFL level coaching, nutrition, ect - as if thats a new thing

Makes total sense because no other college has that approach nor do they have former NFL coaches on staff;-)
