I am totally on board with this thread going off the rails as there is nothing important to discuss when it comes to UNC football, so let's get into BBQ.

Memphis, either dry or wet. KC will do in a pinch, though.

My only opinion on BBQ is if it is done in a crockpot it is not BBQ. Use of an oven is questionable, but not like crockpot "BBQ."

Just a clarification:
NC BBQ = Vinegar-based, over hyped ass
SC-BBQ (and eastern NC) = (in my IMO) Very good mustard based BBQ. Granted, I like mustard and other people hate it.

Agreed, although NC vinegar based is their BBQ and they don’t use sauce.

It's all good. Like pizza some are definitely better than others but at the end of the day .... get in my belly.
