Just heard that Joe Horn has signed with Atlanta. I don't have a link yet, but will add when I find it. Hopefully he can resurrect his career there, he is a good WR and a decent guy and the Falcons can use a veteran guy like him out there catching balls from Vick.

EDIT: Just read on SI.COM that this is not yet a done deal. I think it will get done though.

Yes, but they did give up three picks total which in my opinion I would rather take my chance with Bush or Pittman in the second or third round this year than give up three picks for a guy that is going to want a big contract. Although three picks for a proven guy like Willis there goes my McGaknee is not too bad of a price for the Ravens who really need a good back.

Great pickup for the Ravens. Losing their big power back in Jamal Lewis wasnt bad as they get McGahee. He is a young back with great speed to get outside and should be entering into the prime of his career. Look for McGahee to have maybe one of the biggest team impacts of all free agents or trades during this off season.

NFLN was reporting earlier that the trade was for a 3rd this year, and 3 and 7 next year. That's a great trade for the Ravens. They'll get a full year out of McGahee before Buffalo sees even half of their return... and these will all probably be low round picks too. That's a bargain.
I hate the Ravens.

have you seen this quoted on any web site other than Falcons message boards? a guy I work with is a big Falcons fan and he was telling me about it today and I was trying to find it on ESPIN, but could not find anything this morning. I can't believe Miami would make this trade and do the Falcons have the cap room to bring him in??
