I'd argue the Stillers are the most stale organization in pro-sports. They're never bad enough to really necessitate a full on rebuild, but never good enough to win anything significant. He gets to the playoffs no matter what the roster looks like. Would be foolish IMO to fire a guy who can do that. Gotta get him better players. He’s proven what he can do with an actual roster.
