At what point do the Stillers move on from Tomlin? It is now 8 calendar years since they've won a playoff game. Sometimes, without getting REALLY bad, things get stale. I'd argue the Stillers are the most stale organization in pro-sports. They're never bad enough to really necessitate a full on rebuild, but never good enough to win anything significant. It's like they're on an endless hampster wheel of "decent."

He gets to the playoffs no matter what the roster looks like. Would be foolish IMO to fire a guy who can do that. Gotta get him better players. He’s proven what he can do with an actual roster.
