The NFL has moved Monday's wild-card playoff game between the Minnesota Vikings and Los Angeles Rams to Arizona, it announced Thursday night, saying the decision was made in the "interest of public safety" as wildfires continue to ravage Southern California.The game was originally scheduled to take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, at 8 p.m. Monday. It now will be played at Glendale's State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, at the same time Monday.

So if the INT is ruled an incomplete pass, then how can their be a penalty that occurred after a run back that wasn’t even a legit continuation of the play?
