I think Goodell or someone said it was time to "adjust" the Rooney rule...but that still isn't going to matter. The NFL has always really been the WGRL (White Guy Retread League) and there is no indication it will ebb any time soon.

Yeah they’re definitely neck and neck. Raiders seem to be making some better moves though with looking to bring on Kubiak. I think Brady is a positive for them as well.

Detroit was never getting over the hump with Stafford. You can tell he’s a totally different QB with McVey and the Rams.
