Nebraska Cornhuskers (corn)

No, we need everyone to wear the white shoes and white socks. Back in 1983 we scored a Brazilian points wearing this gear. White shoes/white socks are the key to Nebraska's resurgence. Mark my words.

Nebraska will be back when they are once again able to cherry pick the best players from around the country like they used to.

After seeing your Huskers against UCLA and the Buckeyes, I'm thinking your problem isn't so much that your offense doesn't score enough ...

Yeah, no kidding. For all of Bo Pelini's alleged "defensive genius," we seem to have a pretty good offense, but a miserable, embarrassing defense. We've been terrible against the run for two years, we have no clue how to stop or even slow down mobile quarterbacks, and we have no heart. When it starts to go south, it goes ALL THE WAY south, immediately.

We've seen it twice this year - @UCLA and @Ohio State.

We saw it three times last year - @Wisconsin, @Michigan and at the bowl game against South Carolina.

That's five times in our last 15 total games that we've been blown out, all five away from Memorial Stadium. Something is most definitely broken, and we seem to have no clue how to fix it. It's getting pretty damned tiresome.

Four if you count the first half against us last year.
