Nebraska Cornhuskers (corn)

Eichorst seems like a good fit for Nebraska, but knapp and others are probably more knowledgeable on the matter.

I don't know a whole lot either. Of course, he has significant ties to the B1G, to Wisconsin, and to Alvarez - who himself has significant ties to Osborne and Nebraska.

The thoughts on the Husker board I'm on seem to be primarily "cautiously optimistic", but with reminders of the disastrous tenure of Steve Pedersen, who had ties to Nebraska and was initially thought to be a good choice.

Because Doc Tom has given his seal of approval - and in today's society, that counts for much. Especially cause our legendary coach/AD hasn't molested, nor covered up any molestation.

Ahh yes that special brand of Husker idolatry.

Well, good luck with that.

Re: Shawn Eichorst is leaving his job as athletic director at scandal-ridden Miami for Nebraska.

Well, they could have done a lot worse, they could have hired Gene Smith.

Too late. Besides, I thought someone or a group on BP had a diabolical plan to convince PSU to hire him. :susp:

Maybe I should have put one of these along with my quote:

That help?
