buckeye02 is down to the last three teams for his custom rosters. His ETA has been moved to sometime tomorrow.

FWIW, his are the ones I used last year and I was happy with them. However, I wasn't around for the previous year's game and I'm not picky about things like visors and knee braces and other shit like that. Get the names and numbers right (especially in the Big Ten) and I'm fine with it.

@JWins...I had your original rosters (dreads on Hankins for example) and then I redownloaded them from you but this time the head coaches weren't the same as before (didn't have the right coaches this time). Are you editing those or have you since? Sorry if this comes off as complaining, I just want to have the game as authentic as possible. Also..I customized the sounds but for some reason I only can hear about 3 of them instead of hte 21 I uploaded..any suggestions?

Encountered a great glitch earlier. 3rd & 4; I was stopped for a 1 yard loss in the redzone on a failed weakside -counter out of the pistol. Next thing I know my special teams formation comes up but is un-selectable. Cant. Kick. A. Fucking. Field. Goal.

I'm not about to punt on the 17 yard line, not even sure if I can. So I went for it. Hit an open receiver and feel just shy of converting for the 1st down.
He drives the length of the field and scores.

I had to go for 2 on every extra point. Got it once. Still couldn't kick field goals which cost me an easy 9 points.

Lost 22-14. Kid thought I was being a douche going for two, so he went for 2 of his own until I mic'd him what happened.

That said...

Anyone care to explain unranked Penn State & Miami being A's across the fucking board? Yet the Buckeyes whom have brought in superior recruiting classes and have shown the ability to develop new talent are still a measly B+ on defense.


I'm sorry but there isn't a CB on Miami's roster that's going to press Posey and lock him down all game. I couldn't even hit the out routes. All the guy did was load the box and press the receivers. Fade? Nothing. Slant? Nothing. I got too much man coverage so screens weren't much of an option. The running game couldn't get going. So just a shitty overall experience.

6-2 online.

The executive producer of NCAA had a Michigan lamp on in the background during thwt making of series. That explains their laughable and equal to OSU defensive ratings.

Both scUM and Penn State are overrated in this game. As a result, Penn State's defense is lights out (for a CPU defense, at least.) scUM's defense of couse hasn't played up to their ratings. :lol: I beat that ass the first time I played them, scoring 49 points.

I took his same set of rosters and added a few coach names. I think I may have tweaked 1 or 2 players (increased Braxton's agility a bit and gave Hale some more speed). My gamertag is "Millikin" in case you're interested.

I picked up my copy Friday night, traded in Tiger '12 and a few others to get the game for $13. I've been playing all weekend and did nothing else.

I started about 4 RtG's, and it's the shit. Playing an Iron Man position is awesome, the blocking is far and away the best I've seen in an NCAA edition, the school recruiting is better; everything is better in the RtG and I'm stoked.

The difference is, and you said in another post, the defense is totally changed. My favorite side to play in '09 Campus Legend was defense. Literally had a season as FS in West Virginia's system with 180 tackles as a Freshman, now I'm struggling to record 4 a game as MLB. I have to adjust to the new camera view in RtG and the momentum engine before I can get better at defense, the AI QB's fire the rock in about 2 seconds or less and the Off. blocking is good enough to make it very difficult to get pressure that quickly.

So far, I've played RB/FS, LE, QB/MLB, and DT. Running back is by far the most fun since the blocking is so improved. Defense will take some time to adjust to, but I've had more fun at DT than any other position, I ended up deleting my LE because of lack of stats through most of my high school season (which is completely awesome to edit and play a whole season), but finished my RB/FS and enrolled at tOSU at the 4th string as RB. Always gotta start at tOSU as RB. Just started a SS last night and hope to get more stats than I did at FS.

Having a blast regardless, I'm just glad they totally renovated RtG after ignoring it for a while. With the new engines, it makes the gameplay so much more fun.

:lol: I see the heisman selection is a joke, Boom Herron was in the top 2 all season (I forgot to bench him) I broke the school record for yds in the season (had over 2,000) was 2nd after michigan game, because I had 2 weeks off and didn't make the conf title game I didn't even finish in the top 5 and two RB's did

:lol: Basuerman went 12 for 30 for 425 yds...I think you can guess what play I used a lot (i only did it cause the AI was pissing me off with pass rush, I got sacked 5 times and had to be at least 7 passes I was hit while throwing, it was unbelievable

I had a, damn I wish I wasn't just a DC in a game. SDSU vs. Nevada, we outgained the Wolfpack by 200 yards, 3rd down conversion of 8-13. 4 trips into the redzone with 0 points... What the hell? On defense, I created 2 turnovers (both INTs) had 7 sacks and held them to 3-10 on 3rd downs. I lost 27-21 in overtime.

I'm now 7-1 in Year one. Wins over Michigan, Wazzu, TCU and others. Lost to Nevada.

Had an lol moment against the Illini last night.

Was having one of those games where the CPU quarterback just seems to find wide open receivers on every god damn 3rd down and therefore hang onto the ball forever. They scored to go up 13-10 with 2 minutes left..I drove the length of the field but decided to be a little bitch and kick a field goal on 4th and goal from the 1 with 6 seconds left to tie it up. Proceed to squib kick it..tattoo the return man (Barnett I believe), force a fumble which I recover with 2 seconds left..

Proceed to kick a 50 yard field goal to win it 16-13. Somehow against a Ron Zook coached team this was believable. :slappy:
