If you guess a run to the left, the entire front seven will sprint off the line and blow by their blockers to that side. If you guess right, it's an instant tackle for loss. It even looks like a Tecmo Bowl defense.

You've noticed the computer doing this to you, or you've noticed yourself or another user doing it?I notice it. It's nuts. You know what sucks? It hampers you if you're opponent's QB is a lower classman. Here's an example. In my game against Piney, I wanted to key on the guy he ALWAYS throws it to. Unfortunately for me, when I tried to do that, his guy usually had a question mark above him. That's because Piney put in a lower classman as his QB, the game was an away game for him, and that's how it would have looked if Piney called up the pre-play option. So instead of keying on that guy, I either guessed for a pass or I keyed on on the other guy playing the same position. And it worked. Stupid.

Smooth Olaf;1510150; said:The one lined up on the right. The one one the left had an L1 above him. The one on the right always had a question mark. I could never key on him.
Smooth Olaf;1510162; said:Was he? Heh, lucky. Yeah, I keyed on the L1 TE quite often. Of course, it doesn't quite make up for my running back's -5 yards per carry average.
