I, for one am now officially rooting for the Lakers.
After that display I have to believe that the rest of the team will question their manhood and come out ready to chew nails.
Besides I can't win the vbet unless the Lakers win the next 2 ....
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

Injured Celtics center Perkins unsure of Game 5 status

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- The Boston Celtics bench has been a reliable contributor during the NBA finals, so far.
And it's about to get even more important.
With starters Kendrick Perkins and Rajon Rondo both unable to finish Game 4, and Paul Pierce also injured, the Celtics will be relying on their reserves when they try to close out the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 5 on Sunday night.
"We're not in great physical shape, there's no doubt about that," coach Doc Rivers said Friday, when he gave his players a day off to celebrate their rally from a 24-point deficit to beat the Lakers 97-91 and move within one victory of the NBA title.

If Perkins can't go for the Celtics that is not a good thing at all...They lose their advantage inside, especially if PJ Brown has to start playing big minutes...

The small lineup worked great in the second half of the last game, but I think Phil will figure out they need to pound it to Gasol and Odom in that situation, and take advantage, and pull Garnett from the basket to open up the middle...

Well, game 5 is going to be a manhood check for the Lakers. This series is pretty much over, but if the guys have any pride, they will nut up and come out like rabid dogs determined not to let them hoist that trophy inside staples center.

I think it's more than seeing Sasha cry for motivation, they are getting POUNDED here in LA, people saying Gasol in the playoffs is as effective as Kwame, Kobe being remarked as not even close to the player he's hyped to be, Jacksons coaching skills are being called out, the question is, can the motivation factor be enough for them to beat a team, at home, one more time, when they are outgunned at almost every aspect of the game.

perkins has done little in this series...he has been in foul trouble and injured...i don't think him playing or not playing will matter...OC.....has LA turned on this laker team and what kind of crowd do you expect sunday?
