Why was he crying like a bitch...He was pissed off and someone was fucking rubbing his shoulder...

I'm not calling him any names, but...

The chair punch looked tough. You know, like "FUCK YOU CHAIR, GRRRRRR", but the pouty face he put on after was extremely...sensitive looking. NTTAWWT

Agreed OC - while the emotion is good.. the play was over.. he got burned, no reason to cry like a bitch.
:roll2:

Go try and console any professional athlete with a tender gesture - let alone a comforting shoulder massage  - after he screwed up royally... I bet you'll tick off quite a few.

 @ "comforting shoulder massage"

Seriously though, you're riding that Celtics hate out to the bitter end, huh?

Shouldn't have phrased it as 'crying like a bitch'..

Buckyle said it with more ... grace:

but the pouty face he put on after was extremely...sensitive looking.

I don't mind emotion.. but after you've been burned, don't sit on the bench punching chairs with tears in your eyes... that to me makes him seem like, for lack of a better term, bitch.

That assistant is lucky he didn't try that nonsense on an NFL sideline.

I don't care for either squad, and have more respect for the C's than Kobe (personality), Gasoft and the bunch.

I'd like to see their opposition play a lil better at times, but they've certainly beaten what's on their slate and earned whatever they get.

I shoudl note I definitely respect how KG & Ray play, just rarely fond of favorites.

So when an OSU QB throws an INT to give RR his first win in The Game... you'll be warm and receptive when a gf/wife tries to come over and hug it out? Please.

I realize it's fun to attack people, but being angry and shrugging off someone's foolish loving gesture is a far cry from the chair punching fit you're trying to sell here.

Tears?

We must be watching a different video here...

Not sure what you wanted the guy to do tackle the massager into the front row to be more manly...

Why the eye roll? I didn't suggest he should enjoy his shoulder rub...

I know if I fucked up the last thing I want is someone to give me a 'comforting massage' () .. but I also wouldn't punch a chair, well up with tears, and hang a towel over my head on national tv afterwards. It looked like a Tom Cruise movie..

You got burned, suck it up, go help the team... the play is over. Sitting on the sidelines punching chairs isn't going to change shit - and IMO made him look stupid.

Tackling the massager would only have raised more suspicions. He should've just choked his coach. That's how you get street cred in the NBA.

Because of the MASSIVE amounts of exaggeration in your posts...

The guy reached from the left and behind. He angrily shrugged the guy off. Where exactly did he go on to "punch the chair" again?
well up with tears
 no, but nice try
and hang a towel over my head on national tv afterwards
For a whopping whole second. Oh noes! Players never put towels over their sopping heads in the NBA, especially not ones with a boatload of greasy hair. He was so distraught and sulking under the towel that after that "second" he looked up directly at the grabby assistant... with zero signs of redness or tears in his eyes.

Nobody wants to be touched or comforted after a huge letdown, especially when it was their fault. He shrugged him off violently and that was the end of it.

Massive hyperbole in this little debate.
