Seems you have that 'schtick' down pat.as well as sidestepping the actual topic.

What "schtick" is that?

Call PP a bitch all day, doesn't change the fact that the Cavs are sitting at home, watching.

Lakers fans are upset because they thought Kobe would be busting in the Celtics faces like they were unwilling blonde chicks.

So when he spit in Lebron's face, that wasn't a bitch move?

Interesting definition of "bitch" you have.

BOSTON -- The swelling was down, the limp was less pronounced, and the questions regarding whether Paul Pierce had overdramatized his injury were not rekindled.
All indications pointed to Pierce playing Sunday night in Game 2 of the NBA Finals, although things seemed less certain regarding injured Celtics center Kendrick Perkins, who sprained his ankle in Game 1.
"Paul is moving much better today, that's clear," coach Doc Rivers said. "Of the two, he's the one I'm most optimistic about."

Scouts Inc. breakdown: Lakers vs. Celtics, Game 2

By David Thorpe and Mike Moreau
Scouts Inc.

It seems obvious that for L.A. to improve upon its poor overall shooting in Game 1 (32-for-77, 41.6 percent and 3-for-14 from 3) it must first get more efficient production from Kobe Bryant. In Game 1 Boston did everything it could to disrupt Kobe. The Celtics put up a wall around the paint every time he worked with a live dribble, their off-ball defenders took an extra step towards him when he dribble-attacked and they aggressively hedged him when he used ball-screens.

Those actions induced Kobe into taking far too many jump shots from the perimeter -- at least far too many when he was not "in the zone." More importantly, taking those shots early in the shot clock, or after just one or two dribbles, allowed Boston's defense to stay organized near the rim, which helped the Celtics control the defensive backboards. Limiting L.A. to seven offensive rebounds -- Pau Gasol grabbed nine by himself in the series clincher against the Spurs -- was a large part to the Celtics' victory.

After making big 3s, Paul Pierce ices the knees with teammates after winning Game 1.

BOSTON -- As he walked through the hallway after the win in Game 1 of his first Finals, Paul Pierce was stopped briefly. With two ice bags wrapped around his knees, his limp very noticeable, he was in a semirush to get back to the Boston locker room to get whatever treatment was necessary to begin the process of getting him back on the court and back to 100 percent in a few days. He didn't have time to be stopped or talk to anyone.

But Kobe Bryant isn't just anyone. And for that brief moment, when Kobe asked him if he was all right, Pierce did stop. He mttered a low-sounding, "I think I'm good," and kept it moving. It was as if he wanted to stay and talk with Bryant for a minute -- tell him "thanks for asking," then go into what happened in his mind when he heard his right knee pop in the third quarter, then explain to him why he had to drop those back-to-back 3s on the Lakers that changed the course of the game -- but he was still in game mode.

This is nothing new for the NBA, even if it was a "bitch move". Remember Jordan having "the flu" for that Finals game? Yeah, I'm sure he was fevered and all that, dropping forty points or what the fuck ever on Utah. :roll2:

Worst analogy ever. There's a huge difference between someone reporting that Jordan had the flu several hours before a game and Pierce himself having his teammates carry him off the floor while crying in agony, being wheelchaired into the lockerroom, and minutes later skipping his way back to the court. If Celtics fans won't admit that they were a bit embarrassed by that pathetic display, they're lying to themselves.

What did Pierce accomplish without KG?

What has Kobe accomplished without Shaq? What did KG accomplish without Pierce? What did Dr. J accomplish without Mo Cheeks? What has Lebron accomplished...at all?

It takes a TEAM to win a 'ship.

Go Celtics!
