In this case the two runs were scored in the 6th, but it occurs to me that someone (more likely combined, these days) could pitch an extra innings perfect game and lose, 1-0. Inning starts with ghost runner, fly ball to right moves him to third, another fly ball scores him.

That's fucked up.
