Mizzou Tigers (official thread)

I do hate that it is from Clay Travis, but a lot of what he says makes a lot of sense. How the hell is a poop swastika, in 2015, found by college students (hello, twitter? snapchat? facebook?) not out there right now? I'm not going to say 100% that it's confirmed to be completely based on lies, but doubts are now starting to creep up. Something just doesn't pass the sniff test. and I'm not referring to a poop swastika.
Even if there was a poop swastika how does that lead to mass protests and the resignation of a university president?

For reference, the article linked by Clay Travis regarding the PS (I feel uncomfortable typing it out anymore):

http://thefederalist.com/2015/11/10/was-the-poop-swastika-incident-at-mizzou-a-giant-hoax/

More to the article, but this is interesting. Reported to the president of the Residence Halls Association, but nobody appears to have seen it. Only a flyer referring to it.

According to Billy Donley, the president of Mizzou’s Residence Halls Association (RHA), the poop swastika was reported at approximately 2:00 a.m. on October 24, 2015.

“On Saturday, October 24th, at 2:00am an individual came into one of the restrooms in Gateway Hall and drew a swastika on the wall with their own feces,” Donley wrote in a letter several days after the alleged incident. “This event happened while many students, including myself, were already asleep.”

Later in his letter, Donley noted that he only found out about the alleged vandalism incident “via a flyer posted on the walls” of the dorm.

Although Donley did not respond to repeated requests for comment prior to publication, The Federalist spoke with two RHA staffers while trying to get in touch with Donley. Neither had personally witnessed the poop swastika. When asked if there was any photographic evidence of the alleged incident, one staffer replied, “Not to my knowledge.”

I don't agree with the end result of getting the president forced to resign. Even with a PS. I was just pointing that piece out specifically because it was somewhat hard to believe to begin with. If that piece is untruthful, it leads one to question what else is.

Hopefully he gets at least a little jail time and not just probation.
