Minnesota's TCF Bank Stadium

  • That open end of the stadium/scoreboard alignment is going to give them a big home field advantage as far as knowing how the wind will come through there.
  • That brick wall seems awfully close to the field around the back of the endzones.
  • Looks great overall. Hope it helps them get better but lets hope we play them in September every year up there.

Agreed with all you've said. Overall, what a really nice facility...good for Minny, glad to see it. I like the way the open end has a view of the skyline downtown as well. Looks like they did a good job with this and yeah, hopefully they improve their team just like their stadium.

Yeah, September would be far better than November...

The first two scheduled visits for the Buckeyes are Oct. 30, 2010, and Oct. 20, 2012. Their first chances to 'steal' a win from 'The Bank'.

I really hope they place some padding on those brick walls in the corners - they're only 3 or 4 steps away from the end zone.

I just saw the stadium on the BTN's practice tour. They now have maroon padding hanging in the corners and across the back of the end zones.

Wasn't there a scUM player back in the day that got hurt on their too close to the field uncovered brick wall after a TD? A WR iirc.
