Michael Jackson dies after cardiac arrest

On a good oft interred with bones angle .. this is a hell of a move.

The Beatles get the rights to their music back (which basically means McCartney gets the rights back) out of his will.

The linked article is from January of this year:

Heather Mills will likely sue for more money...

But I don't think she has a leg to stand on...

Demerol...shocking.

They stuck a shot of that in me before they set my arm and wrist after I snapped one like a twig and dislocated the other. That's some good shit.

Suicide, perhaps?

I'm just glad it's finally over for him, and the people who were negatively affected by his sheer fucked-upness. He obviously had serious mental problems. I can't imagine he actually enjoyed the majority of his life. He was one of those people who was supremely talented, but just had no place in this world. There's no excuse for the things he did, but equally as guilty are those who made it possible to cover up his actions, and kept him from getting the help/punishment he needed/deserved, so they could get a piece of his fortune. I don't think MJ ever thought in his crazy mind that he did anything wrong; the others knew, and they cared more about the money. Regardless, he could sing his ass off when he was 12.

YouTube - Jackson 5 Who's loving you

Well you and I don't agree much, but this is dead on. The guy was just a characature. He was like Benjamin Button or some fucking thing. He was an adult when he was a kid, and he was a kid when he was an adult. He had absolutely no place in the real world, which is why I could actually believe it if he thought he was from another planet or some fucked up thing, because he clearly never ever fit in here. He was surrounded by leeches and moochers and people who would butter him up only to let him destroy himself and other people, all for a few bucks. Anyone who denies his talent or his place in music history is either in denial or a fool...he was to the 80s what Elvis was to the 50s, the Beatles and Stones were to the 60s, the Doors were to the 70s and Nirvana was to the 90s. He defined an era, and then pissed it all away, savaging himself and others in the process. He was probably the most controversial entertainer of the 20th century, and one of the most tortured souls of all time. I don't feel sorry for him because of what he did, but by the same token I think much of his destruction (self and otherwise) could have been easily prevented if people actually cared about him and not his money, fame, and status. I hope he and the children can find peace.

I'm not sure what the paramedics were thinking by transporting him to UCLA Medical Center.

They should have made a beeline straight to the nearest children's hospital.

That would have have got Jacko's heart pumping again.

Try the veal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uh...Buckeyes [censored]ing rule? All the other stuff is just killing time between games.

But seriously, we're eye to eye on this one. It's like he stopped developing emotionally at an early age, and spent the rest of his life desperately searching for acceptance, love, or whatever, in horribly misguided ways. I wouldn't want to look into his mind for a second. As you said, I hope he is finally at peace, and I especially hope his own children can now move towards some semblance of normalcy.

Always in the spot light, the lead singer out his talented family, his dad was a stern man as well.

Hey when you are a star you are in the spotlight! Can't handle the heat get out of the frying pan!!
I have friends who are musicians & you just have to deal with it!
You are entitled to your privacy & you can find it.
As for Michael Jackson's dad stern?,I heard he was very mean to them & abusive!
He even seems a little callous in interviews,I do not care for that man at all.
