I personally want a team to have confidence to the point people could tell you that you are terrible and you know in your heart of hearts that you will get the job done. If that is swagger than I want that... if it bragging just to put an image that isn't true to try and make people fear than no. When I think swagger, the first person that comes to mind is Ray Lewis when he comes out to the field.... but he gets it done too.
