Masoli and other Ducks' legal issues

I'll assume that by "early on the second day" that you mean under the old format. 2nd day = 4th round and later. Under the 2010 format, the 2nd day is on Friday night and consists of the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

Yep, you assumed right. I'd say 5th or 6th round would be about right. Still, with signing bonus and some guaranteed money, iwhat he'll pocket after taxes and agent fees will be way more than most of us make in decade.

maybe a late 6th/7th round gamble, but not an early 2nd day pick, especially under the new definition of 2nd day.

5'11" is also a bit generous, imo.
IMO, 5'11" is generous too, but that's what he's listed as, and I didn't want to add height speculation to my already speculative opinion.

Not robbery.... just theft. Big difference.

To you.

And for judicial purposes for the legal system.

Not to me......

Still criminal behavior.

And if you have any prior knowledge of Masoli's legal background (in addition to his being kicked off his HS team as a junior), IF he is involved in this, enough would be enough at some point.

Strike three.

Before you go casting stones, we (the Buckeyes) have a pretty good young defensive lineman who was busted for shoplifting, and who said he was just taking the blame for a friend. And our guy was actually convicted, unlike Masoli. Second chances are a good thing.

To those of you doubting his abilities: apparently you forgot watching him lead that unstoppable offense and running all over our Buckeyes in the Rose Bowl. You'd be served better to remember that kind of stuff.

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Also the story says, this frat guy outran an NCAA scholarship athlete Wide Receiver to get the projector.

That doesn't seem odd to anyone?

I think the part where he was yelling at him by name to give him the projector back may have played a part in his stopping.:tongue2:
