OK, I read the hornfans message board and there is one guy there "phatsacks' that is sure MS is going to UT, but the other thing that I noticed is that they all seem to think that they lead for Ryan P. (LA QB). From some of the quotes they had up, maybe they do. Maybe MS thinks he will prevent them from taking RP, but that could also scare him off. Man, I want this kid!

If there was something specific I missed on hornfans, please point it out.

I think (read: hope) we can all relax - this seems like a mini version of what we go through with nearly ALL of the big recruits each year. This one is just early.

Here's what I've gathered, in a nutshell.

Ohio State fans are optimistic because Bemoll said he'd commit to the Buckeyes if and when he heard Sanchez was coming to Columbus.

UT fans are optimistic because he had a great visit (which he also had here) and there is a poster with a moniker that in some way has to do with testicles saying he's sure Sanchez is coming to UT.

USC fans are optimistic because PC is a great closer, and they've had a heck of a shot at him very recently. That's all well and good, but remember he's a home town kid that hasn't already committed to the Trojans. That, to me, says a heck of a lot.

Anyhoo, speculation is grand, but let's just sit back and let it unfold. Many of us (myself certainly included) have a tendency to infer the worst from what we read on these forums.

From all the information I've seen regarding Sanchez, we still have as good a shot as anyone, if not better.

Linefarts saying he was going to play his senior year is no coincidence....why in the heck would he do that now....this early...????

his staying gives MS his best shot at playing for the Spoiled Children....

i think Linefarts still leaves though....another petey ploy imo.....

Did you guys read the link I mentioned above (thanks to Rob)? Looks like he's just going to let word "leak out" Makes me wonder if maybe RDS is an inside source, since it would appear that Sanchez is aware that news of his verbal will "spread like wildfire"
