Mark Sanchez (Philadelphia Eagles)

This is what I remember from the Stanley McClover debacle:

McClover was committed to OSU going into signing day, and signed the dotted line for Auburn without forewarning to the Buckeye coaching staff. I think this is supported by us having a couple schollies extra after that signing day, due to him and late possibilities that went the other way like Bush to Louisville.

Now, McClover found that life wasn't so rosy at Auburn his first year...maybe the coaches at Auburn led him to believe opportunities that weren't really there, but I don't know the reasons. McClover enquired to OSU this past offseason about the possibility of a transfer. Tressel didn't even give him the time of day.

Does that sound familiar to anyone else? I could be wrong.

Didn't Louis Holmes go to the same high school as McClover? I thought that we were open to listening to Holmes but not McClover this past offseason, which was sweet sweet justice.

To all my Red Sox friends - E3 '86 Long live the Curse!

Guru did in fact say MS had told Mack Brown "something" As I recall, and I leave room for missing a post to the contrary, Guru never said if what MS said was positive or negative for OSU - He did make one post that I took as sarcastic a while back that seemed to indicate MS was "in the bag" for OSU.

Very rarely do I ever get that confident with recruits but this is one thing I am pretty sure about. It all makes sense.

I'm getting my hopes up with this one. There hasn't been a thing I've seen or heard that tells me Mark is not going to OSU.

Next up will be Wells....Sanchez, Boone, Bemoll, Cirone, Wells....sick, I say

Cirone??? Did you mean Cordle?

Not to threadjack, but reading LJB's link got me thinking... where the heck has Sloopy45 been? He hasn't posted in 2 months?!?

I saw him online the other day. Hopefully as the season draws near he'll start posting more. I've always enjoyed Sloops' insight.

Now quit threadjacking

Over on BN, ATX says Mack Brown has put his house on the market. If MS is thinking Texas, I hope he doesn't anticipate playing for Brown very long... Of course, maybe Brown is just buying a new house like some "normal" people are known to do from time to time.
