Because in respect; if we were the "#1 team in the country" we wouldnt have a 5.5 point spread in favor of LSU.

Our #1 ranking is only because LSU has two losses. Believe me, if LSU hadnt gone down twice, they would be the clear cut #1 and the spread would have been much larger.

You are what your record says you are...You have fewer loses and are ranked ahead of us. As far as I'm concerned there's no reason for us to be favored and I take the position that an LSU win should be considered an upset.

That might be true except that the whole world knows that we don't stand a chance in hell against all that SEC speed. Caripes we are just sending the team down their to party and sight see. And we fans are going down just to get drunk and burn couches.

No I don't have a link , but do you really think those men are sitting in their locker room thinking we are faster or better than they are? Do you really believe that they are not sitting down in their locker room talking about how much faster they are than us? I bet they are even talking about how the Rb's are going to run thru us like butter and that Holiday is so fast we won't be able to see him when he runs. I bet that they are talking about how the D line and Dorsey are going to stop us cold.
btw The last guy named Dorsey that we played ..........

I would hope our senior leadership would quell any such talk before it got going.

If we don't show up with our A+ game expecting our toughest challenge of the season then we don't deserve to win the National Title.

I hope they are confident....there's nothing wrong with that. But I have no reason to think that our players don't respect Ohio State. We are in no position to not respect anyone. We lost to Arkansas and Kentucky. How can we take anyone lightly?!?

Yeah but before that game you blew the doors off pretty much every team you played, and then the Michigan game felt like a National Championship game to ME, so I can only imagine what it felt like up there. After that you had almost two months to reflect on one of the best regular seasons in recent memory so it's not a surprise that you came out flat.

But like I said before if we don't take Ohio State extremely seriously and prepare for an all out war then we're going to lose and we will deserve it.
